Overview
Berberspot provides online booking and shop-management tools to barbershops ("shops") and lets customers book appointments. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Bookings
Appointments are agreements between a customer and the shop. Shops are responsible for honouring, rescheduling, or cancelling bookings and for the accuracy of their services, prices, and availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other shops' or customers' data, disrupt availability, or use it for unlawful purposes. Accounts may be suspended for abuse.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change, and we may suspend access for maintenance or policy violations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Berberspot is not liable for missed appointments, shop conduct, or indirect or consequential damages.
